Pick it up on the App Store.Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance is now available on mobile devices. None of these are required at all to play, but if you purchase all three you have the same game as the PC version released last week for $20.00USD. Two of the new NPCs have to be purchased for $2.99USD each, and there is a character portrait pack for $2.99USD as well. Very small loot + Very fat fingers = several tries to pick it up. The only issue I had was collecting loot that had fallen from an enemy and was laying on the ground. The ability to zoom in and out was very cool as well. Granted, I only have 1 party member at this point, but it seemed smooth. I played for about 30 minutes this morning before leaving for work (stupid job) and the interface on the iPad seemed to work just fine. Most importantly, in my opinion, is the ability to use all the classes and class kits that were available in BG2 from the beginning. There are improvements to the Infinity Engine and a ton of bugs were cleaned up. There's a new, separate, quest called the Black Pits. What does 'Enhanced Edition' mean? Well, there are 3 new NPCs that can join your party who weren't in the original. The Enhanced Edition of Baldur's Gate is finally here. ITunes Link: Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition
